aspects of hair care. We specialize in hair color services as well as massage
therapy.
Our top priority is to provide customers with the finest services while
creating a wonderful salon experience for the entire family.
Our staff is involved in continuous education, keeping up on current trends
and techniques so that you will never grow bored or out dated. More than half
of our team are currently or have been associates for world known product
company John Paul Mitchell Systems and educate stylists throughout
Massachusetts and Rhode Island in cutting, long hair design and hair color.
You can rest assured that you are in well trained hands.
While education may not be enough alone to create success we understand

Caryn Pierce - Co-Owner of Chromatics Hair & Color Co. is a graduate of Rob Roy Academy of Cosmetology in Worcester, Massachusetts (1995). She has earned the title of Paul Mitchell Premier Educator and has much experience as a platform artist at Hair Shows educating stylists on the newest trends and collections. Task Force is a group of about 50 educators chosen from around the country who are trained to "train the Paul Mitchell National Educators team at their local distributors." Caryn has been a part of the Task Force for four years. "Although I love all aspects of my career my strongest passion is hair color. There is so much more of an art to it than just picking up a box at your local grocery store- You can actually enhance someone's facial features and skin tones or even give the illusion of having thicker or thinner hair!"

Kelley Gosselin - Co-Owner of Chromatics Hair & Color Co. has been in the Professional hair industry working as a hairstylist for 15 years. Some of her background includes education at Blaine School of Cosmetology, Boston. She has 4 ˝ years experience with John Paul Mitchell Systems as a National Educator and Platform Artist traveling into salons all over Mass and Rhode Island educating them on the latest trends and haircutting collections from Paul Mitchell. "I feel so privileged to be a part of such a wonderful industry that gives me the opportunity every day as a hairstylist to make someone feel great about themselves when they leave me. I couldn't ask for a better career!"

Betty Barrows - Stylist, a graduate of The National Academy of Hairdressing and Cosmetology in Stamford Connecticut, has been in the industry for 21 years. She believes the styles change just like the seasons so she commits to staying up to date on trends by taking continuous in salon classes, and attending trade shows in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. "I enjoy all aspects of my job- haircutting, coloring, waxing and especially formal long hair designs for those most special occasions. I love working with people and welcome new clients of all ages."

Naomi Youngsma - Stylist, has been in the beauty industry for 13 years and a stylist at Chromatics for 7. Through John Paul Mitchell Systems Naomi has received extensive training in the art of cutting coloring and styling. She then spent 4 years as a National Educator for JPMS teaching in salons throughout Central Massachusetts. She also has experience with back stage and on stage work at some of the industries leading hair shows. Naomi's attention to detail shows in her precision cutting and Long Hair design. She loves her job and is excited to see what each new day brings.

Dale Cherrier - Stylist, has been a stylist for 17 years. "There is always something new in this business, to keep up I attend a lot of advanced education classes." With 2 ˝ years experience as a Paul Mitchell National Educator I have the advantage of being trained by leading artists from all over the country in various color, cutting and long hair techniques. This shows in the outstanding service provided to each and every guest of the salon. "I absolutely love my job and I adore the team we have here. When you visit you will immediately feel all the fun that we have in the salon everyday!"

Cindy Fields - Stylist, has always known that this industry was for her. Growing up with a mother that is a stylist Cindy spent all of her free time in her mothers salon. A graduate of Rob Roy Academy Cindy received top colorist in her class. She has a strong passion for hair coloring and loves doing complete make overs. She loves to get as much education as possible, in and out of the salon. "There is nothing better than making someone feel like a new person! I am so lucky to have the best job ever!"

Deborah - Stylist, graduated from the Academy of Hair Technology in Greenville, SC. The academy is known for international competitions and high achievement awards. Deborah is a Paul Mitchell National Educator who believes in continuing education, traveling from the Southern region to Northern region to continue her universal knowledge in all ethnic backgrounds. "My experience extends to the world of color, relaxers, cuts and extensions."

Jill Morin - Massage Therapist, is a graduate of the University of Hartford, CT and Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. She is a licensed massage therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Jill specializes in Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. “I love to help people…relieve them of chronic pain and stress and help them to relax.”

Heather Bousquet - Stylist, has been in the industry for 12 years. After nine years as a Nail Technician she pursued her desire to become a stylist. As a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School of Rhode Island and after receiving many honors in areas of color, cutting and customer service, she rejoined the Chromatics team. Following her passion to succeed in the industry she joined Paul Mitchell Systems to become a National Educator and has received training in long hair design as well as cutting, extensions, styling and product knowledge. Heather strongly feels that each and every client is special and dedicates herself to making every client feel that way. "I feel that a visit to the salon can make a person's day, week or even month. Nothing is better than seeing a person love the service that they receive."

Nanci White - Stylist, a graduate of Broms/Rob Roy Acadamy of Cosmetology in Worcester, Massachusetts has been in the industry for 18 years. "I love all aspects of hair design, especially shorter styles and dimensional coloring."
