We began Chromatics in 2004 with years of experience as hair stylists as well as teaching other stylists how to do hair as educators for John Paul Mitchell Systems, yet to be honest had no idea how to "run a business"

What we both shared was a powerful passion for the industry and a dream to cultivate a team with the same beliefs as us: where relationships and teamwork are key and to provide a place where their ideas and voices are important and heard. Where we all believe that continued education is a vital part of what keeps us growing. We just felt in our hearts that if we could create this team of like minded professionals that YOU would feel it too.
