Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a 24 hour  notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid any cancellation fees.


A Credit Card deposit will  be required of up to 100% oft the booked service after 1 "No show/No call" appointment. After 2 we will no longer be able to accept appointments on your behalf.


We understand sometimes life happens and things do come up last minute that cannot be helped.

In the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic everyones safety is first and foremost and it is understandable if there are last minute changes to appointments on both of our behalf. Let's work together to communicate any concerns or appointment changes in the timelines manner possible.

Late Arrivals

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. We will always try to accomodate you if  you are running behind. However your tardiness can effect our teams  remainder of the day by delaying them to for their guests who come in on time.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and be rescheduled.


Chromatics appreciate your generosity. We ask that any gratuity be made in the form of cash. Please note that tips cannot be added to credit card sales.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of service or within 48 hours of the service performed to receive a complimentary service to make any adjustments.
